At The Dance Centre, we offer ballet dance classes for all ages and skill levels. Our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamentals and help you improve your technique. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you.
Baby Ballet Classes
Introduce your little ones to the world of dance with our baby ballet classes! A thirty minute creative movement class designed for toddlers 18 months to just under 3 years old. Emphasis on developing motor skills, music and rhythm, balance and lots of fun! Offered in six week sessions. $50 per six weeks; $50 annual registration fee.
Ballroom Dance Classes
Looking to spice up your dance moves? Try our ballroom dance classes! From the waltz to the cha-cha, our instructor will teach you the steps and help you perfect your form. Professional Atlanta ballroom dancer Shah Bassery teaches private, semi-private and group lessons at The Dance Centre each Sunday by appointment. Hip Hop Fusion
Designed for the intermediate - advanced level dancer who has a desire to move fluidly with a street dance style and influence. This class combines contemporary dance and traditional hip-hop, reminiscent of music video choreography. One of our most popular classes offers a soundtrack of current and edgy music. The class is offered year-round on our recreational class schedule.
Musical Theatre
Musical Theater is a 45 minute to one hour class for the aspiring, triple-threat, stage-struck performer, which includes all elements of stage production, vocal performance, acting, theater dance (tap, precision line work, production numbers) and behind-the-scenes craftsmanship. Offered to the beginner through advanced level performer.
